RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages employee applications for employment, tracks applicant statuses, and reports to the executive team
  • Facilitates job interviews
  • Completes pre-employment requirements for and with all new hires
  • Implements creative recruiting strategies to attract applicants
  • Schedules new employee activities and training for the orientation period
  • Communicates to management team regarding open positions, shift needs and potential hires
  • Communicates with employees through the application, interview, and orientation period to ensure a smooth transition
  • Creates job postings
  • Acts as a trainer for orientation, as assigned
  • Works with Compliance Coordinator to ensure all employment regulations and requirements are met
  • Works with Retention Specialist to ensure a positive employment experience for all CCHS employees
  • Tracks referral sources and reports employee referral bonuses to accounting
  • Attends job fairs, virtual hiring events

REQUIREMENTS

  • Team player – collaborates with all CCHS departments
  • Experience with social media, internet recruitment methods
  • Computer skills – including MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Enthusiastic, forward-thinking attitude and approach
  • Previous experience preferred in training, recruitment, hiring, managing employees
  • An acceptable BCI and/or FBI criminal background
  • An acceptable TB skin test (or chest x-ray)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if necessary
