For some individuals at Career, Activity, & Community, work is something they are just beginning to learn about. Work Observation gives these individuals the opportunity to go to a variety of locations and discover the many different jobs that people do. They have the opportunity to watch employees in action, ask questions, and think about whether they too might like to learn how to do a particular job they observed.
